Carly Lynn Weddings & Events is a wedding & event planning company located in Southern Indiana. What started as a small idea in my first apartment quickly became a reality when I decided to start this business. My mission is to make your dream day come to life while also making sure you are enjoying the planning process!
I offer everything from Day Of Coordination to Full Service Planning. If there is something you need help with that is not listed in my packages, please reach out to me as I am happy to make any accommodations for my couples! While I am based out of Southern Indiana, I am always happy to travel to help you with your big day!
MEET THE PLANNER
Hi everyone!
I’m Carly, the owner & lead planner/coordinator of Carly Lynn Weddings & Events. Like many others, I have had my wedding planned since I was a little girl. Little did I know my dream wedding would stick with me so much that I would end up wanting to do this for a living.
Based out of my hometown in Southern Indiana, I’ve been in this industry for 2 years now. Nothing makes me happier than seeing 2 people in love and getting to witness it on a regular basis is truly fulfilling!
I attended Indiana University where I studied Hospitality, Tourism & Event Management. After graduating in 2021, I knew weddings & events were what I was supposed to do. However, COVID had other plans for me. I slowly but surely got back into the wedding & event industry in 2022 & have been working in it ever since. I feel extremely blessed to be where I am at today!

You're engaged! Now what?
My number one piece of advice I tell all of my couples is to take it all in & enjoy this season of life with your significant other!
Whenever you are ready, take a look at the packages I offer & submit your information on my contact page. I will send you my Welcome Packet for you to review, then we can set up a meeting to chat about everything!
After our introductory call, I will send over a contract for you to sign if you decide to move forward with my services. After the contract is signed and the initial deposit is made, you're all done! From the time of booking to the day of your wedding, I am your girl for anything wedding related!
